HOW BAD COMPANIES ARE VIOLATING OUR PRIVATE RIGHTS AS CUSTOMERS!!!

Can ATT and IPOD been law suit for been allowing predators to interfere our private lines and harasse us at the private of our homes???,example ; I text a messages or simply write a paragraph on my iPod pad since I'M a writer and after I write my note , a neighbor scream all type of racism and verbal profanities regarding my notes that not even publish for this criminal to have knowledge of the information so the big question is are ATT an IPOD violating the privacy of their customers by allowing this criminals to brake into our private lines???? it happen in NRH tx....
